nobody has bought or sold shares...Everyone wants shares on the bid and nobody on the ask side is willing to sell at the bid...So that means their is no trades as of yet..If people want shares they have to hit the ask....

The buying will begin soon.
Right now awaiting some news from Gordon Johnson (CEO)
perhaps a PR or perhaps an email. He was in Meetings over the weekend and beginning of this week with potential funders.

Per an email June 9th from Gordon

"I am still filing updates with the regulatory agencies (CUSIP, FINRA and OTC Markets Group) as well as the Secretary of State of Nevada. I should be finished this week and then I have a meeting with several funding groups this week end and early next week"

That same day the otcMarkets site listed a filing for BYSD

so we should see other action soon.
