The buying will begin soon.
Right now awaiting some news from Gordon Johnson (CEO)
perhaps a PR or perhaps an email. He was in Meetings over the weekend and beginning of this week with potential funders.

Per an email June 9th from Gordon

"I am still filing updates with the regulatory agencies (CUSIP, FINRA and OTC Markets Group) as well as the Secretary of State of Nevada. I should be finished this week and then I have a meeting with several funding groups this week end and early next week"

That same day the otcMarkets site listed a filing for BYSD

so we should see other action soon.
