Well anybody can buy an un-tracable gift card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX.

Go to a kinkos or anywhere they rent computers and do it.

So they feel confident that they can get away with it. And yes
while they are at the computer rental use a scanner and a smart
phone to cover their trax and make it look like it was changed
while they are at home.
