Harr. I have a question. If AT&T goes to trial which seems to be the case at this moment, aren't they going to get murdered in legal fees. Since APCC has already won the case and the issue is the amount of the dial around compensation, I would think at a trial conclusion APCC is going to be awarded legal fees for 12 years of litigation. APCC is suing for the compensation and legal fees. If the trial goes to completion isnt AT&T going to get hammered with legal fees as well as the compensation. What am I missing here?...LOL
