I did not have a product awaiting and did not order one, as I live in Canada...BUT i did specifically send several emails inquiring about the status of customs and product over the last few days.

Ken responded each time with updates as required...he also asked me for my product ID#, as he wanted to check the status of any product I MAY have ordered.

Forgive me for replying to someone elses post , but IMO it is weird because the e mails are only going to a few people who are asking about order status, there are literally hundreds of back orders waiting to be filled and given what the backorder situation, and poor information situation has done to contribute to falling share price one would anticipate some sort of official news, It could be that they only found put themselves too late bin the day to put news out, and there may be other factors to consider, like writing a well thought out infoormative and juicy PR this time around, instead of wasting a grand only to gave share price fall after the PR as happened before.

if we don't have a PR in the early morning it will be interesting to see how much the stock can go up on rumor, Im still worried about the fact that the starter kits are now delayed until next week, that seems to be getting lost in this customs clearing news, and maybe that isn't by accident, hence no official announcement.
