I did not have a product awaiting and did not order one, as I live in Canada...BUT i did specifically send several emails inquiring about the status of customs and product over the last few days.

Ken responded each time with updates as required...he also asked me for my product ID#, as he wanted to check the status of any product I MAY have ordered.
