O its fake it seems familiar to some documents I discovered ahwile back when I was doing investigation work.
See what they do is print out a copy of the original document. The type whatever words they want change on another document. Cut the words out glue it over the word they want hidden. Then take it and make copies and boo ya nobody is the wise. Except in this case they messed up. The SIX is not straight at all and seems to be a little darker.
Hmmmmmm..... Fake!!! Lol like I said I have seen this done over and over, but this copy is almost the worst I have seen.
