Those documents were cropped using an old document on the Colorado Secretary of State web-site. Here is the document.

Not only are the Six's and 6's cropped. You can see Mark's Signature is different, the dates above his name had been cropped and Tytan Holdings, Inc replaced the Ault Glazer & Co on the new documents, and they kept the same fax data from the old documents on the new documents.

It is pretty easy to send these type of documents in on that web-site. I hope the moron used a credit card to pay for the filing fees.
