It is not a contract.

That is a lie. A lie is something told that is known to be untrue.

The public statement that can be viewed is below...

On 6-13-2011 the company was awarded an RFP to provide 1500 plus store fixtures and 80,000 plus peg-hooks to over 1500 home-center stores. The company anticipates this project to begin within 45-60 days. Shareholders are welcome to visit and see these fixtures in production. Call 336-667-8765 and make your appointment for a plant tour.

It can be found here...

Quite clear.

it's a contract
and to be clear .. it doesn't matter
what is posted ..

So you are saying EXPO can incorrectly state things without impunity because they are ignorant? Sure it matters what they continuously say. TRULY, I have NEVER in my life seen a company that misstates things as much as EXPO and then conveniently have people who call them to correct how it should have been stated?!?! WOWZA! Believe what you want folks! EXPO sounds like a "confidence trick" gone awry.

Well if it is a contract would it not have been smart on JD's part to include that in the pr instead of an RFP..well duh!!! If they didn't word it in a stupid manner like that there would be no reason to call the company and make the CEO spend all his time on the phone answering these questtions. Really what they are counting on is the fact that the faithfull will do their best to fill in the gaps in company communications with any hearsay material that suits their needs.

As for concentrating so much on the hooks that was just really a reach to include those in the pr. That is desperation time at the very best. Did the pr mention a price for the store fixtures?? Did it mention how much money the company intends to lose on each and every one of these that goes out the door??? Since peghooks are included I would have to surmise that the store fixtures are just some kind of pegboard with hooks on them to hold the merchandise that the store is selling. I don't think that these will be too fancy or difficult to assemble and I don't think that they are going to cost that much per individual unit.

I do have to say thanks because for the first time in forever I received an answer that was vaguely about the question that I had asked
