it is a contract and just like the material event that was shown via the expo website on june 1st re: the 50k shaved off the debt on friday june 3rd .. my guess is we see *more* news out of mgmt b4 the eom .. only via a PR ~
i expect all of these material events to be addressed ~ but obviously there is something else coming out of mgmt this month ..
at least that is my read as a sor since aug 2008

what it is i don't know ~ but to answer a few PM's based on MY DD .. i'm thinking august is the new target date due to when payments are made <and by whom> and what i've posted for months
that most likely .. there is a contract in place by the new ceo specific to cash on hand and the co.s balance sheet
i know it's what i'd do as the incoming ceo
that is why i've posted about the router's impact
affecting two Qs .. or possibly 3
i also think the timing fits regarding the uploading of fy 2010 .. fy 2011 Q1 and fy 2011 Q2 <due mid aug>
