Mecah I agree with you completely, I was conveying that I received an incorrect number from the T/A last week and asked Brian Riley to verify the numbers for a correction, it is important that the company not be blamed when a note is converted. Thanks for your post.

It is not the company that is causing the rise in the outstanding shares. It is the convertible debt holders of WTCT.

It's not? Where did the converts come from?

Just becuase the company isn't getting them from the treasury is a pretty fine distinction to be making.
