It is not the company that is causing the rise in the outstanding shares. It is the convertible debt holders of WTCT. We have had two sharp price rises in the last 6 months. When the price of WTCT stock rises, these debt holders convert the debt to shares and sell to make a profit. WTCT isnt getting the money the debt holders are. It is disingenuous to suggest that the company is getting and spending this money or that they are diluting. The convertible debt is problematic and needs to be dealt with. We haved discussed this at lenght in earlier posts. Remember that 400 million trade day we had. A good percentage of those shares were from convertible debt. Just watch the MM VERT when the price rises. They will sell and sell and sell. They are never on the bid side. Always on the ask. Those shares eventually will show up in the float. Lets not make this something its not...and that is WTCT diluting.
