When a penny seems questionable, don't buy. After reading this board for a few months, fraud is rampant among these stocks and on the pump boards. If there is any question, avoid it.

There are some good ones out there.. Suggestion - find trusted posters who do good DD and look at what they are buying. But always do your own DD as well.

Look for the 20% of the pennies that are good companies. They are out there.

CSDT - 3 JP's Inc

Here is the 8K you are talking about which discusses the agreement:

According to that they are a California business entity and they have no website.

I checked the California SOS data base and there is no 3 JP's Inc registered as a business entity in California no Three JP's Inc either.

The manta page lists the following address and phone number:

I found 3 JP's Inc in another recent filing for another publicly trading company.

They filed a Form 3 on 6/8/11 for the ownership of 8,498,876 shares of Anoteros, Inc (ANOS).

What is interesting about this is that Anoteros, Inc shares the same address as 3 JP's Inc only they have a different "suite" number:

Also interesting is that the Anoteros Inc suite is shared by another investment consultant that does identical work to 3 JP's Inc called Franco Inc.

That 24328 Vermont Avenue #300 address showed up in some of my past DD for a company that was formerly trading under the name Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc and symbol STDF now known as Scorpex, Inc. SRPX

Sounds like that is basically what the deal between 3 JP's Inc and CSDT is all about. Helping CSDT to raise money mainly through private placements and 3 JP's Inc will get a finders fee.


How are all these companies related? Not sure I don't have much time to do any research at the moment, but I plan on coming back to all of this tonight.
