Hi Guys, It pretty clear of what is happening here! UBRG is behind in their filings and thay are rewarding the loyal shareholders for sticking it out and not bailing...I think it is a pretty classy move myself...For the gentlemen who said he lost out and now is back in, you are still getting your divident with the shares you are holding,any others that are bought before the end of the month...If they weren't for real do you think they would go through the procedures to get this okeyd...Highly unlikely! This company is going straight ahead and fast!
