But hey, on the share dividend....since the old one is now superceded by the latest one, that means that shareholders of record back in March that were promised the 10% dividend are now screwed unless they held on to there shares?

If that's the case, sounds very hokey to me. I had a lot of shares I obtained in February and sold on the run up. OK fine, I don't get a divvy because I sold. But what kind of game is this where they promise something to their loyal shareholders with a deadline, then the deadline approaches and they nix it with a supercede. Did I get that right?
