Compass... Ok I will wait and see. I leave on Saturday for vacation. I thought it was a valid question for discussion on the board.

Matt........

With the credit markets the way that they are, and with no assets to collateralize, there is no way INCA could get a traditional bank loan or even a real significant line of credit IMO. The only way they would even be able to sniff the traditional credit market is with personal guarantees attached. Not gonna happen.............

As for Stacy/Evan's friends taking positions here, I've wondered that myself to be honest with you. We have no idea if any of their friends have positions....but then again, don't mix business with friendship..........

I thought the CC was very good considering there are no numbers in any filings that they can talk about..they weren't able to go into specifics as per legalities..

They need to pound the pavement stockwise to get new blood, plain and simple....

Matt, My thinking is they actually prefer to do the financing themselves. They can get a quite good return on their investment while getting cash out of the company without declaring profits.
Pretty typical for many small businesses. My old boss set up a leasing company which bought manufacturing equipment and leased to his manufacturing company. He got to depreciate the equipment at a better rate and was able to avoid taxes on the manufacturing side.
Just a thought...
