There is no court battle..

Paul has filed for ch.7 and wishes to dissolve xmdcq so he can hide anything he has done illegal ,imo.

Sam is saying paul filed illegally and the courts should not uphold the filing.

Shocker that paul hasn't done right by shareholders or sam..
