If Nokia can't pay then we have a fire sale of the office items, and any other assets we can find. Send them straight to bankruptcy so that the signed licensee companies can prosper.

Nokia has over 16 billion in cash and has already provided for past infringement in its financials. If anything, it's future royalty costs that may worry them.
