No imminent deadlines, however, in the Nokia/Delaware court, I am expecting the judge to rule on whether to have an oral hearing, and, if so, to set a date for that hearing.

Also, I check the Federal Circuit Court Of Appeals every day to see if it has ruled on InterDigital's appeal of Judge Lynn's decision to unvacate the vacated PSJ's.

In Tantivy, I am expecting to possibly see a report from the court's expert around 15 days after the Markman hearing. This 15 days is just my interpretation of the case schedule.

The cases in North Carolina and Texas re: disclosure of documents are technically open, but nothing has happened since the end of March, and I think they are resolved.

Recently, I have been checking the Federal case in PA, but it in 'suspense' and nothing has been filed since October 2004.
