#34795 RE: phonebook #34793

I blame the company for not rolling out a product launch in the proper way. Having ample stock on hand, a website that could handle the traffic, marketing plan in place for mass distribution, properly staffed to process demand, trained CS staff to handle forecasted email and order requests, etc...etc...etc....

I agree I thought this was poorly handled...rather than talking about "launching" a product...they should have positioned it for what it was...a field test of their systems and trial marketing to obtain user responses to the actual product offering...not doing so resulted in expectations that were all jacked out of proportion to current realities....

Beyond this...well, there's not much else we agree on...

They complain when they hear nothing and they complain when they hear something. I for one am happy that they are keeping shareholders updated regardless of whether it is good enough for some individuals. Not everyone reads message boards. They go by what the company tells them, not what some message board poster supposedly got in their mailbox.

Have you ever heard of a "soft" launch ? Obviously not many have. It is usually done with a new product in a selected market to see what the results might be. They can analyze the results from start to finish on a smaller scale before they go ass over elbows.

This is how you start to create awareness, and boy howdy did they ever ! They sold out to mixed reviews and have people champing at the bit for more. This is how you slowly build and increase production. Does anyone even know or care that AHN is the exclusive supplier of this filter? Exclusive meaning the only one in the entire world! Do you think that a small lab in Germany would be able to cope with producing say 1 million filters by next month? Especially with the extensive formulation and quality control that goes into these filters.

In due time, if the RE/AL begins to take hold, AHN will be able to expand their production as well IMO possibly even a lab in the US so we don't have to bother with customs any longer. The big picture is still now only small pieces of a puzzle that get added one at a time.

The RE/AL's success will not measured overnight or in a month's time. If it is overdone now then one stumble could spell the end. If it is done patiently and to scale then one stumble is only a mistake to learn from which will make the company and its shareholders come out on top in the end game.

The new board of directors hasn't even been on for a month yet and you have already dissected them and made your own judgments without even giving them a chance to show any type of performance.

The impatience here is staggering to say the least. I am one of SFIO's largest fans and yet I still get attacked by people who think the PPS should be much higher. I also chalk that up to ignorance which seems to run rampant on most of these boards. If everyone would stop listening to others and just do their own research you might reach some conclusions that will make you a more capable investor in SFIO.

Millions of dollars were invested into this company in the .05-.06 range. There was a reason for that. If you think all that money was looking for a flip at .08 then you have the wrong idea here.
Everyone needs to take a breath and let SFIO work at its own pace. The distributors, the revenues, the up listing, and the quarterly reports are all coming. They are just not coming all at once, and they are definitely not coming tomorrow.

GLTA- The patient ones will find that there is more to SFIO than a stock chart.

Shipment held by Customs".

phonebook this is not for you. But to the person who posted that customs siezed the shipment. Thats a big difference from being held up. That is what I am talking about. 2 people in particular wdho have been posting lies. If you have read every post Like a few of us have you would of seen them. The reason that they came out early and ran out of product is because of all the complaining from the shareholders. You wanted the product. You got it. They wanted to prove to everyone that they indeed had a great product. They should of just waited a little longer.
