OK.....lol so whats the diff between a reverse merger and a merger? They seem to do the same thing....yes? Not bashing just way confused. I thought a private co. had to R/M with a traded one to go public at a lesser cost then IPO. So if they didn't R/M what does that mean for GRDO?
