You beleive or were led to beleive napkins didn't sell because of humidity problem or other defective thingy.
I say Napkins sold with no problems for years" Only problem was lack of sales and if there was a problem with napkins melting between legs Walmart would of delisted them asap would not of waited for sales to decline before removing them from their shelves.
