Funny I don’t recall any of your post stating anything like that. Could you please provide a link showing where the officers / directors loaded up on 5 billion of dollars 4 months before the bank was seized?

Wait a tick; this is your first post here, when exactly did you make this statement? And please if you will or can provide some documentation where it is even possible for the management to have even acquired a billion dollars worth of preferred stock as most all of it was held by institutions at the time of the seizure.
