Notice that Nate Thoma basically says he's done with all of this b/c he lost motivation? I think him shutting up and going back to minionland is part of the settlement IMO

But this battle is likely to be his last. He says that despite his success, his experience has left him disillusioned.

I think there will not be EC public announcement to confirm 'No Wrongdoing for HF" because it's absolutely a BIG LIE and EC has to be rsponsible. What EC will do is not to mention about it anymore and slightly going to the next step ..... until one day EC might have to go back to the IT issue in case anything happens !!
