NEWBIE ALERT!!!! LaBarre is at it again with another phony merger.

Here is an example of one of LaBarre's recent "merger" scams he ran on penny stock players only 9 months ago:

LaBarre is a crook, He was caught stealing signals from Direct TV and reselling them to people in Arizona.
