NEWBIE ALERT!!!! LaBarre is at it again with another phony merger.

Here is an example of one of LaBarre's recent "merger" scams he ran on penny stock players only 9 months ago:

The latest "merger" scam is supposedly with a company that LaBarre is already a part of. http://www.corporationwiki.com/Arizona/Scottsdale/paul-david-h-labarre/66310444.aspx

LaBarre is a crook, He was caught stealing signals from Direct TV and reselling them to people in Arizona.
