AA... I have followed for years and have shared opinions and other info with some of the people who were/are close to this little gem. I feel badly for those who thought the objective was to build a real company. It is a long term venture, and if one does not believe SEO's and othe Nigerians interest are in selling the company for a fair value based on drilling results, one should sell and forget it. If one does not believe there is substainful oil and gas in the JDZ and the EEZ, one should sell and forget it.

I believe the long range plan has been in effect for years, and the major players now involved have been part of that plan along with certain Nigerians. The plan will be realized in the next year or two. And DK did not know any of this.

Can you please provide a link showing that the company never intended to grow and also a link where the company or SEO turned down any offers. I seem to recall that the company explicitly said there was an intent to grow and that they posted that intention on their website and in their filings. Are you now trying to tell me they were lying? Personally I think they would have been far better off had they not pissed away so much money trying to grow and I was never in favor of it because ERHE has always lacked the know-how and management skills to get it done.
