on the whole i agree with you but really thought we would have gotten a deal done by now having been alerted to about 3-4 imminent deals which became ghosts

The current cash burn would suggest that SEO is optimistic that a buyout is not so far away OR that a side deal is in force for him to run the sp run into the ground ?
