Nobody is saying they 100% without a doubt know absolutely what happened.

That being said, only a fool would be expecting that this was all just a misunderstanding. The SEC doesn't just suspend stocks without some pretty solid evidence.

How many stocks can you think of that were suspended by the SEC that it turned out to be a big misunderstanding?

Take your time researching.

It's not a theory, reversetaxman.

I have studied a few hundred SEC Suspensions, Administrative Proceedings, SEC Litigations, and Court Ordered revocations.

An SEC Suspension is never predicated on theories, rather on overwhelming evidence of Securities Violations.

Only a Court can determine guilt or innocence if the SEC files civil charges against any Security et al. The DOJ / FBI / and other Law Enforcement Agencies are responsible for filing any criminal charges concomitant to the SEC civil charges against any public Security, when warranted.

The SEC isn't kidding around.

What she is saying is that they perform an investigation and they have the information they need in order to move forward with the suspension-they have enough answers to proceed. And that planet is earth--not the same planet some of those who feel this is simply a misunderstanding come from!
