The fact is they have probably looked at nothing but the complaints that were sent to them and they may have read the news releases. That is probably it. From that point, the companies will have to prove that the releases were if fact legit and that the released financials were correct. To think that at this point the govt agency has factual evidence beyond that is naive. They are in fact guilty until they can prove they are innocent.
