Looks like TYTAN was queried to ensure they had up to date information due to their reporting status IMO. Doesn't look like anything major though...

The purpose of this letter is to allow the OTC market group to determine whether TYTN has made adequate current information publicly available within the meaning of Rule 144(c)(2)
under the Securities Act of 1933.

He has to dislcose the SEC investigation against him but makes it clear that is has nothing to do with TYTN.

If you look at other disclosures the attorney will normally state to his knowledge "the company, it's officers are not under investigation" blah blah blah

Well if for some reason he, as the attorney is, then he needs to disclose it in that same letter. Formality from what I see.

The letter looks to be a disclosure statement for OTC "good standing" from their attorney, unfortunately he's got skeletons of his own :-)
