I believe that they will take the arbitration decision and then see how NOK wants to proceed in relation to an ongoing relationship and 3G. If NOK does not want to talk reasonably about a 3G rate, then IDCC will proceed accordingly.

The difference between settling with ERICY when we did and not settling with NOK is that at the time that we settled with ERICY, ERICY was broke. NOK is flush. Had we beaten ERICY as badly as has been speculated that we might have, we would have put them into BK. At that point, we would have been behind a zillion dollars in secured debt and we would have been lucky to come out of the melee with $38M. As a result of that deal, we have a live customer that is paying us and will continue to do so in the future. IDCC will reach a 3G deal with ERICY when the time comes. ERICY is in the middle of the deal with GD and will need a license to collect on that deal. JMHO-Oso
