You mean you don't realize the CEO & Chairman run a public company not one director. Wow, you're scaring me. They gave James Renfro 480 million shares just for trying really hard, the least he could do was let them use his name as one of the directors. How much money does BRZL need to buy Renfro, do you know? How much money did BRZL have last filing? You should know these things if you are going to get in a merger play after the deal falls through.
