Thanks. We can also say it another way: Centurion is willing to lend the company up to $10mil in exchange for an equity stake in the company. Cant get sweeter than that this far down in the tiers.

On a different note, I also think there is a '3rd party' waiting in the shadows...wiating for a possible RM with KRMC. I'll lay out the reasons why I am willing to speculate on that later. Perhaps Centurion has someone who would make a good fit here and will make $ off the event if I'm reading some of this (their recent filings) correctly.
