Now, keep in mind that we are no longer in the days of 'no doc loans', so one would have to ask 'What on earth did KRMC show Centurion Private Equity' to convince them to fork over an agreement for a $10mil funding line?'



This was the point I was trying to make!

KRMC has something going on to warrent the 10 million loan! Dont you think?
