IMO the chart is ok. The indicators are cooling off as they should while we are consolidating. As for a diamond top formation, sure you could call it that but volume normally stays heavy in its formation. A bull pennant however is formed on lowering volume with narrowing price action. We also had a hammer candle form on the chart today but it will require confirmation tomorrow.
Moon man read a book and now thinks he can decipher the stock markets greatest mysteries. To be honest here in pinkyland, charts can change like a flip of a light switch. IMO fundamentals are more important in the land of pinks than any chart. Penny stocks are unpredictable, that is the great part of it. So for me or anyone else here telling you what the PPS is going to do with certainty is just plain full of crap. Sorry for the rant.
