Another one who doesn't know what is politeness and respect. Where and by whom have you been raised, for God's sake? Is it possible to have a chat without insulting people. Didn't you realize that I was there with good intentions, only to inform some of you who really seem to have false info, nothing else. If you don't understand the meaniong of a comment, just ask questions, you don't have to be insulting the person who has made it.
Now I will explain you why, my comment was anything but dumb. As you might be aware of, I do my homeworks and I go and get the info directly from the company. So, I will always have the info directly from the company, but never any kind of insider info because I know pretty well that the management won't disclosed any insider info.
If I said that, it's simply that the next EF will include only the financials of Viropro Montreal which is close to nothing in term of revenues for the period and Biologics Process Development in Poway, California. From what I've heard in the past, the revenues of BPD aren't that big, neither. So, if you are waiting as you said for the financials to be disclosed to ''Those financial statements show revenues, net profit/loss, and assets of the company which can determine the value of the public company'' as you said, you're in the wrong track, because you won't see anything in line with where the company is up to, now.
The best news about the EF is that it shows that the management is doing everything he can in order to come back fully disclosed on the market and bring back the stock on the Bulletin Board. And btw, if the company is 6 months late, it's not because of any bad faith from anyone, it's simply because the company, before the deal with Spectrum, didn't have any money to pay the bills of the accountants. Don't forget that this company was in a bad shape last year.
By the way, for the other unrespectful people who calls Serge a janitor, don't forget that, if this company is still alive and in business, it's because of him, the janitor, who saved it 2 or 3 times as the former president of the company during the period when Viropro didn't have a single penny of revenues.
So for the polite people, I'll be glad to answer any other question. As I said, I don't have any insider information, but I get the info directly from the janitor and as far as I'm concerned, I don't feel like speaking to a janitor when I speak with him. He gives me all the info he has, but him, not being an insider, won't give me the info he doesn't have and doesn't want to have. So, if it's insider info that you are looking for...you're right, he is a janitor.
