We all have plenty of questions - I'll start:

1. How is the Spectrum deal progressing. Where is the development being done? When can we expect to hear news on this?

2. Are we going to see any financial information from Alpha? We have to vote on the buyout but we are lacking key information to make a decision. What are Alpha's yearly revenues? What is their dollar volume of booked business?

3. Will there be a reverse split to get moved to another exchange? What is the timeline for moving off the pink sheets?

4. With the addition of Alpha will VPRO be immediately profitable?

Do you know if the Alpha facility was reappraised yet to possibly bring up its value. Also will new equipment be purchased to acqire double producion as stated in recent PR.
