A company does not raise the A/S just for chits and giggles in my personal experience. I am not afraid to call a dog a dog.

raising a/s can be used for variety of things, they use shares as cash. afaik they sometimes raise a/s for merger. But I really have no idea what they are up to. we will have to check otcmarkets.com and see if o/s have been increased in the next couple days.
