Normally, this would simply be an effort to unduly inflate the pps... but in this case, the pps is unduly deflated until the next great PR... If everyone in the sound and agreement of this post PULLER ALL SELL ORDERS UNDER .01 and used funds to buy at and above ask... this would cruz...
Have you ever noticed how a pink with no news can move up over a month into pennies without a PR... then a bogus PR comes out and new money flowsin like a dam breaking...
Well, what I think is one big share holder drives the price up a little each day (usually a pink owner) then the day of the PR, he unloads to new money. The guy just cleaned up.... then the stock drops over a couple weeks back to trip 000s and he spends the next 6 months buying back all the float at 000s. And starts all over.
Thats illegal, but for us as share holders to stop flipping or adding below the bid is smart,
