You are missing the point. They shouldn't be running since they are purposely meant to sell shares and only shares and make money off of lying to people.

These types of businesses should not be allowed to operate under these guises. Plain and simple.

People can only continue to break the law for so long before it catches up to them. I think it may be catching up to some people soon. (general response to some other posters - not directed towards you)
