lastchoice: IMO...I believe IDCC will let this go to a decision by the arbitration panel. Then IDCC will negotiate for 3G or IDCC will continue with all the litigation w/NOK. And signs Ericy to 3G rate.

Unless NOK, prior to an arb decision, agrees to pay somewhere close to what is owed and agrees to 3g rate.


I just can't see IDCC settling at this point, I think they will let it ride. I believe they know they will get some money for 2G. I also believe that they have a stronger position in 3G. All IMHO.
