thanks for the reply

Maybe I am a being bit naive here but why wouldn't good sales figures and revenues make sense to be made public? Would that not generate confidence in the company that they know how to make a profit? (Even if that is not their entire endgame, that being the US market)

"Synaesthesia, I understand your question.
Revenue generated from the "smoker's option" product has not been made public nor should it be made public. It wouldn't make sense... if you Read the PRs from the last 2 years, the entire focus has been first and foremost to launch the re/al inside the US market. The earned revenue then, should be a reflection of the company's purpose - which is happening now."

Not true. Any revenue a company makes must be made public. It is called Financial Statement and even for a pinkie they need to be filed at least once a year.

As Re/al was not sold in 2010 the entire revenue of SFIO in 2010 of US$ 17k is attributable to Smokers Option in Europe. No secret not really flash and if you go back to posts from the time when the last financials were made public you can read the widespread disappointment.

Now, SFIO has not one single excuse anymore. We have heard in the past of snowstorms in Europe, strong winters, pending FDA problems, delayed filters, manufacturing issues etc.

Now they have the patent in Europe, hopefully soon patent in US, dedicated webshop, exclusive filter supplier agreement, apparently military contracts (!), new board member, customer service support infrastrucutre, positive product reviews coming in and last but not least a launched new product. It is now time to deliver, without excuse and much more delay.

Like EliteYoda said, "do or do not there is no try".

Transparency always makes sense except when you are hiding some details, why would you not want to show that you in fact have revenue in Europe, you have shown the product on your website for sale in Europe, offering photographic evidence of your legitimacy, so why not share the sales number with your shareholders, anyone can stage a few photos etc. Not saying this is what was done at all, but it would help things to have some proof that they are actually a business somewhere other than at a rented address and personal residence in the US.

Lowman, can I get your opinion on this?

I am new here and have lurked for a few weeks now.At this point, I have enjoyed your objectivity.

Can you give me your opinion on the question I asked last night. I was trying to lead away from the whole brothers scandal thing and thought I asked a very reasonable question. Someone did post a report that I will read but I would like your opinion.

This was my original question:
["Here is my main question. What are the revenue #'s from the european markets?

If it is in fact in 80% of vending machines and in stores, they should be netting good profits from this since 2009/2010??"}

"They have distribution contracts with European and Australian sources. And we know since 2009 management has been aggressively preparing to launch the RE/AL inside the US Market. This has been the main focus of the company and is just moments away from happening.
The CEO projects in the 1st year SFIO will reach a minimum of $50M in revenue just inside the US market. "
