Exactly my point whoever you are. This is a public Co and you do have a fiduciary responsibility to your shareholders. Therefore, if you do not know (or care) about the market/traders/shareholders then you should hire an IR person who does know about such things. Lastly, your inference to traders/day traders is an insult especially since we are the ones buying YOUR shares when you sell them to feed your family. Your ignorance of IR via this post is obvious and discerning to me personally.



2. The management is not playing on the market, not buying or selling, don't worry. They are just not into this game. I can even tell you that they have absolutely nothing to do with everything that happenned in the trading since January. They are not stock market guys and have no network for that. They have a huge network in biotechnology, but not on markets...they are PhDs, not stock traders. They are running this company as if was their own company with one and only goal, give value to the company. If they reach their goal, that will reflects on the market sooner or later. But, on the other hand, and unfortunately for some of you, they are not working in order to satisfy some day-traders that are looking for quick money.

I often monitor the boards, rarely have time to respond. I would have gathered with this company that if the A/S were all out in public hands, and not restricted within aquisitions, it would never sustain the pps without the p/e below 35.
I'm in it for the long. My kid doesn't start college untill 2017.

Attention Beautiful sun: Those famous financials so much people seem to be waiting for so badly (I'm still looking for the reason why, but anyway).

I don't who you are or who you work for, but that is the dumbest comment I ever heard of. First off, vpro is past 6 months producing financial statements. A public company has a financial fiduciary to produce quarterly and yearly financial statements (From 10Q & 10K). Those financial statements show revenues, net profit/loss, and assets of the company which can determine the value of the public company.

Me and my rats friends have bought over 3 million shares and not sold one share. We are not stock traders, but long term investors.

If a company cannot produce financial statements, you can count on your company going back to a penny.
