Hi Weby,

I'm afraid that Steven has the Wavoids number.

Folks enter the meeting mad as wasps and exit wreathed in smiles.

There's always some glorious possibility which will mollify the most frustrated soul. We are the lotos eaters.

Weby, Amen to that! It's reality time; time for honesty, integrity and accountability. Can SKS step up? I doubt that's in his comfort zone, but he could he if he grasps the situation. So the question becomes: does he understand where Wave is? He did a couple years ago and shelved WXP, cut R&D and reduced SG&A. If ERAS isn't selling; if TDMs for SEDs are not getting $7.50 but only $1.00 then revenues won't grow. Then he's got to manage costs. Only two more Qs and auto deal #2 is done. If that rev isn't replaced and expenses aren't reduced, it's back to PPs and the Pink Sheets. That's reality. SKS is a risk taker, a gambler and a dreamer which are all healthy attributes when it's your money. He has a fiduciary responsibility to we shareholders to manage the business for OUR benifit.

Weby I am glad to see some of the water carriers start to deal in some reality finally. A lot of the apologists have made it very comfortable for those in Lee to walk around in the skin they are in because of the view many here have held them in. Embolden them I dare say.

The largest red flag for me came a long time ago when they continued to claim a leading roll in this trusted movement, yet would consistently miss the mark on their very own guidance.

It lead me to 2 conclusions, either they were misleading for some reason-maybe buying time to keep the shareholders at bay, or they didn't really understand the market as well as they would like everyone to believe.

There was always a huge disconnect between the results, and the reality-which is still very much in play today.

A lot of these questions and comments that hang in the air today were things many of us questioned many years ago and ended up getting driven from this very board. Many of us here were on the receiving end of some very vile private messages because of the opinions many of us had and the comments we made, didn't go in lock step. I think that frustration was reflected in the way this board was operated the last 3 years.

It will be interesting to see how/if the long timers start looking for results instead of empty promises how they are treated. Disdain is the first thing that comes to mind.

Weby,
I can't disagree with anything that you have said for I too am disappointed with the results to date.

Yes the list of broken promises is long and we the shareholders deserve an explanation. We also deserve to know what is the plan going forward, what is the strategy and how does Wave intend to implement that strategy?

Given the current situation of almost daily breeches in the "secure firewalls" of our key govenment and industry organizations it would appear that Wave Systems products and services would be in high demand - with a share price to match. That of course is not the case, and once again we deserve an explanation.

Perhaps, the recent silence (lack of news) is an indication that Steven Sprague intends to make several blockbuster announcements at the SHM. At the least, that is my hope - I've met Steven and am convinced that his intentions are honorable, and I look forward to this being our year. If it does not happen perhaps we, the shareholders, need to become more assertive and pro-active in demanding answers.

Oh well, one more week of sipping Kool-Aid as we continue the slog.

Last but not least, personal thanks to you for many insightful posts over the years. Your thoughts (and humor) have certainly lightened the load throughout the slog!

Best Regards,
Fred

Weby, that is the stone cold truth. In the last five years you could have sent a message via personal carrier pidgeon to every manager in corporate America to let them know about TPMS and Wave.

Having 10-20 acocunts in the pipeline at this stage is peanuts considering the opportunity and the time they've had.
