postyle, very good and level headed post as usual.

Again, just because we don't have LTE or 4G specifically listed in most of our current licenses, does not mean we are not receiving royalty revenue for those devices with LTE/4G functionality that are sold by our current per-unit licensees... we most certainly are.

I guess it is not a big deal for most here, but this fact seems to be conveniently left out of the discussion by those that continue to decry IDCC's paucity of LTE/4G licensing.
