Is the MASS project real ? YES it is already PR'd

What about California ? YUP, We know they issued a PR about the aquasition of the plant.

PRs don't mean jack in the penny market, especially when there are "questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the companies, including their assets, business operations, current financial condition and/or issuances of shares in company stock."
