We need to find out exactly what the SEC wants.

Is the project in Berlin, NH REAL ? YES it is. We will get the PUC approval and we will get money from that transaction.

Is the MASS project real ? YES it is already PR'd

What about California ? YUP, We know they issued a PR about the aquasition of the plant.

I admit I do not like this, but we will be fine. NOW this just pushes MIKE to get the SEC uplisting done NOW ! ! !
