True, like the old saying, "If it was easy, everybody would be doing it."

And regarding 4G/LTE licensing, some seem to forget that any devices out there, whether they have 4G functionality or not, if the manufacturer is currently under license for 3G IDCC is getting paid for them anyway. As these licenses renew, 4G and LTE will be included in the language, hopefully at a slightly higher rate.
