none.. there is no management.. There is only watson and fins show hes only got 1 million shares. We are basicly a shell with a nice tax write off for who ever we merge with.
Shareholders have pretty much expected and even demanded updates of management which has done pretty well, especially recently complying---you can see the history on the IR site and in the PR releases in the message box
